Ordering Information

Thank you for choosing Tony's Woodshop. Below is a summary of how our ordering process works. If you have any questions regarding this process, please contact Tony Sawinski by email or call him at (814) 886-8555.

Ordering Process
There are two different types of orders that you can place here. First, there is the traditional order where you click on the "Order Now" button beside each product, fill out the information, and submit it to Tony's Woodshop. After you have made your order, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours with your invoice. Orders will not be shipped until payment is received. Some items are payable by credit card with PayPal. You'll see a "PayPal Add to Cart" button beside these items. See below for more detailed payment options.

Most are "made to order" and may take a couple of weeks to ship depending on how long they take to make. After ordering one of these types of items, you will receive an email telling you when the product will be ready to ship. You will need to reply to this email to either confirm or cancel the order and then send payment when you receive your invoice.

After you send in a request for your order, Tony will reply with information on how long the order will take and what the final cost will be. At this time, you may choose to go ahead with the order or cancel it. Tony will begin making your product as soon as payment is received and it will be shipped as soon as it is finished, as confirmed on the invoice.

Payment Options
Currently, Tony's Woodshop accepts checks or money orders and credit cards through PayPal. Please make checks out to Tony Sawinski. Your product will be delivered as soon as possible and you will be emailed when your product is shipped.

Delivery Methods
Tony will email you the FedEx tracking number and you can track your shipment on the FedEx Website, or arrangements can also be made to pick up items at Tony's Woodshop.

Return Policy
Notify Tony immediately by phone of email if an item is damaged in shipping. FedEx insures the items. Email Tony the tracking number of the damaged box. Please keep the damaged box for 5 days in case FedEx wants to inspect it. Do not return the damage item unless instructed. In the few damage cases FedEx has made a full refund for replacement units.
