Ordering Information
There are two different types of orders that you can place here. First, there is the traditional order where you click on the "Order Now" button beside each product, fill out the information, and submit it to Tony's Woodshop. You may use any major credit card to pay via PayPal. See below for more detailed payment options.
Orders are "made to order" and normal turnaround time is less than two weeks to ship depending on order volume. After ordering, you will receive an email with a conformation invoice for your records and an estimated shipping date.
Payment Options
Currently, Tony's Woodshop accepts credit cards through PayPal. You can also pay using a check or money order. Please make checks out to Tony's Woodshop. Your product will be delivered as soon as possible and you will be emailed when your product is shipped.
Delivery Methods
Tony will email you the USPS tracking number and you can track your shipment on the USPS website, or arrangements can also be made to pick up items at Tony's Woodshop.
Return Policy
Notify Tony immediately by phone of email if an item is damaged in shipping. Email Tony the tracking number of the damaged box. Please keep the damaged box for 5 days in case USPS wants to inspect it. Do not return the damage item unless instructed.
